Befriend your enoughness. Being enough isn’t an if/when proposition. Let go of the ideas of whether you’re “good enough” or the phrase you tell yourself “I will be good enough when…” Holding onto these contingencies is fighting against who you are. The truth is you don’t need fixing: you are enough. Imagine repeating to yourself that you are good enough to go for opportunities that are important to you. Imagine all the things you can accomplish without fighting with yourself. #projecthappiness
