Originally from Manhattan, Kansas, Jan earned her MBA and built a successful career helping families through significant life transitions. Before entering real estate, she served as Marketing Director and General Manager for funeral homes and cemeteries throughout Oregon, developing a deep understanding of the emotional and financial decisions families face during major life events.
After transitioning into real estate, Jan founded the RE/MAX South Coast office in North Bend and successfully operated the company for more than a decade before selling the brokerage while caring for her husband during his long battle with dementia.
Today, Jan combines more than two decades of real estate experience with a practical understanding of market trends, pricing strategy, negotiation, and customer service. Having personally experienced caregiving, loss, relocation, and reinvention, she brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion to every client relationship.
Jan specializes in residential homes, investment properties, waterfront properties, vacant land, and relocation throughout Oregon's South Coast communities.
